Jovitech Invest is a family-owned investment company based in Gothenburg, Sweden. It was founded in 2003 and is owned and managed by Carl and Chatarina Schneider.

We support entrepreneur-led companies in achieving profitable growth through active, long-term ownership. We invest, provide financing, support business development and take board positions where our experience can add clear value.

Jovitech is a long-term investor, often working together with other investors with similar views on business and with complementary skills.

We support companies with different forms of financing and have participated in new share issues in connection with public listings as well as new share issues in listed companies.

We believe it is important, for smaller companies in particular, to have an active board with the combined skills to help the company and its management develop and grow the business.

We only participate in boards where our knowledge and experience can bring clear added value. For us it is important to take an active part in the business. We should be an ever-present resource for management, able to assist whenever necessary.

We are entrepreneurs ourselves and have more than 30 years of experience in starting and running companies.

We help companies develop and grow their business with a focus on marketing and sales, product development and financing. We do this through project management, on a consultative basis or through active board work.
