Lightning Group is a Swedish technology group that has been operating since 1996. The group currently consists of three subsidiaries: Vadsbo LightTech AB, LedLab AB, and Priolight Nordic AB.

Vadsbo LightTech delivers innovative and energy-efficient lighting solutions and has been active in the LED segment since 2009. LedLab AB has also operated in the LED segment since 2009, supplying and developing LED lighting fixtures and linear light solutions. Priolight Nordic AB was founded in 2024 and delivers LED products primarily for industrial projects.

Lightning Group AB is listed on the Spotlight Stock Market under the ticker LIGR.
